Hoard was actually fixed two or three days after I made the last post about it. The author updated it to support 64 KB block size, and it now completes my benchmark.
Speaking of which, I've managed to gather quite a bit of data with that thing; unfortunately, I don't have a program that works that is capable of graphing several million data points. Mathematica just falls over and dies when I try to open my data files, R bugs out when attempting to graph the data, and SciLab has the tendency to kill my computer. GnuPlot seems pretty nice, but doesn't support regression, for determining complexity. Though at least it can graph the points; I may have to take what I can get :P
